I don't know I could see EA shipping out the warehouses full of returned unsold copies of Medal of Honor: Warfighter to people randomly out of spite.

This deal is ridiculous.  You get Tales from the Borderlands Season 1 (which is supposed to be great), Game of Thrones Season 1 and some other stuff for $10-12 total.  If you were waiting to buy some Telltale stuff since their games always drop like crazy, this is the time to buy in.

Raiden IV PC for ~$6.83 USD

The buying process is totally straightforward.  You don't have to use a VPN or anything.

Can't go wrong for $9. Its better than the internet would have you believe, its not as crummy as AC3 or Revelations were.

Grabbed Poonity. I figure it can't be too bad for an AC game and you get to stab the french so that's a plus.

So my copy of Unity didn't arrive yesterday as scheduled. I hit up Amazon chat to see what's up. Dude says it hasn't shipped yet but he'll give me $10 credit to make up for it and the game will arrive Monday. Then just a minute ago the UPS guy delivered a copy of Unity. I guess I'll get charged by Amazon whenever the copy arriving Monday ships and just return that when it gets here. So basically Amazon just paid me $10 to take Unity off their hands.  :lol

It lacks depth but it's one of the funnest shooters I've played in a long time. I'm an old man who doesn't care about ranks and k/d ratios and I approve of it.

I don't care about those things, but I'd like a little depth in gameplay beyond aim and shoot, especially when there's a complete lack of content and variety with it.

Something like Rainbow Six Siege which is also mp only blows SW out of the water with the amount of gameplay depth it brings to level design and player mechanics. We're not talking about levels or even unlocks really.

IV was originally going to be an expansion pack and thus I will always think of it as III and a half (or should I say V :teehee) but it's still a fine game.

Yep. The super power stuff originated in Enter the Dominatrix (which ended up being DLC for SR4 in an ironicish way). The president stuff was new IIRC.

I'd imagine Saints Row V is in some stage of dev right about now. My most wanted open world game will be Bully II until it actually happens. Shawn Lee claimed he'd been commissioned to do its OST ages ago, the hell's going on R*? :gun

EA's Origin store has a deal going on right now where you can get just about anything they sell for 50% by using the code "ORIGIN50." It's only good through tomorrow, so if you want something get it now.

I snagged Mirror's Edge Catalyst for just $20, and I'm thinking about Sims 4 for the same price.

PS4 Pro $360 BOMBA

https://www.amazon.com/Sony-PlayStation-4-Pro-1TB/dp/B01LOP8EZC/ref=sr_1_1?s=videogames&ie=UTF8&qid=1479673478&sr=1-1&keywords=PS4%20Pro&tag=viglink20241-20

If you don't have a PS4 yet and were planning on getting one, Pro is worth $60 more for sure.  Even on 1080p games look much nicer thanks to downsampling.

I'm holding off to see if anyone sells the Pro for as low as $300 on Friday.  Will get one if it's cheap enough, especially if I can get around $150 for my PS4 at Amazon.  Could trade a few games with it and easily get over $200 in credit.
