Why would anyone think it's not musou. The only team ups Koei does is for musou games.

Been a while since we've had a new musou franchise, probably will be naruto or something but hope it's Tales of Musou.

Zoro and Shanks will be sick sword fighters. Maybe Mihawk too, but I doubt he's in. Too many OP characters! First game's roster will definitely be missing a lot, but they'll keep adding yearly.

One Piece is the most popular anime/manga brand in Japan. Every new volume of the manga sells like 2-3 million copies.
Musou games on PS3 are some of the best selling games on the system

The combination as a x-mas game is going to be $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$
I think this will be the highest selling musou game. Dunno if it'll hit 1 million (Gundam Musou was like 400k iirc), but it'll do A LOT. Sequels are practically guaranteed.

I misread the Andria Sang article. The way it's worded makes it sound like it's a crossover game, when all Anoop was trying to convey is that the two companies are crossing over to make the game.
