isn't all this bullshit regarding the Cliton Foundation horseshit?
I saw a link to a story about the Foundation screwing up with its program in Haiti, but I haven't read it, much less looked for any support or criticism of the article.
Very possible it didn't do a good job in certain cases, humanitarian/developmental aid in poor countries is hard! Also possible it was mismanaged and took an L it didn't need to. I have read that it did some fairly good stuff in Africa though, and IIRC it consistently has gotten good ratings from charity evaluators.
