So I'm working like half-time this week, and now that I'm home and a good chunk of errands are done except for fixing the holes in my ceilings (that's another story), now that I have some free time I'm thinking about setting up a dating profile on a site. Was planning on getting back to dating in 2017, and otherwise this slow holiday week I'd just be doing 5-6 hour days of my first MMO, FFXIV, that I just got into. So thinking about trying out Match.com In the past I've met my gfs through Okcupid or Meetup.com social stuff. Tinder has always seemed high effort/time consuming/hookup based, but since I've seriously online dated it's been about a year and that went real quick so it's been about 3-4 years since I've done a lot of online dating.
At this point in my life at 35 and settled down and enough good & bad "fun" times with girls in their 20s, I'm looking for long term, maybe married, maybe kids kinda thing with someone 30 or over who has a job. That's why I'm thinking maybe something like Match.com would be a better idea than OKC or Tinder which when I was using them was mostly 20s people.
Anyhow had any experience with Match? I've heard eharmony is like christian dating so as a mildly Jewish mostly Agnostic that's not for me.
