It's pretty much exactly the same as the other battle royale games on the market, except a bit more polished and it has some basic building mechanics.

Hmmm, I was easily bored by PUBG.

Overall these 'just fuck around do whatever' games don't do it for me. Mostly because I've already played them back when they were Half Life mods.

Fortnite is definitely more solid as far as the engine goes, but the shooting compared to pubg is night and day. Pubg being based off arma is aiming for a kind of realism that fortnite has no interest in. I much prefer the slower pace of pubg but they're both fun if you enjoy the battle royale genre

So Fortnight is actually fun to play and PUBG is boring? Makes sense, I guess. That's how I felt about PUBG when I tried it...although I didn't much care for Fortnight, either.
