Agreed. If the "War on Drugs" must continue, then they need to start putting actual rehab clinics into prisons. Not just for drugs, but for life rehabilitation too.(or, you know, stop putting people in jail that are addicted and not causing violence/theft/etc, and throw them into rehab)
