Er, no- he talked about this at least a few years back and said how he went through therapy following his career getting killed.  Is he back to making shit up again?  :doge

Listening to it, yup- he is.  Now he's saying he didn't address it based on managers telling him not to?  LMAO.

I pay 9.3 cents per kWh for 100% renewables instead of 6 cents for whatever is cheaper. Totally within reason to subsidize renewables, but nope doesn't count because there's no personal sacrifice...that's like the most egotistical thought process.

Unless you're putting an industrial fan in a room (spoiler: Don't do this if you've got loose paper/etc. lying around) those mini-fans don't do shit even in a shoebox apartment.

And thinking on it, I'm not sure how much better the energy draw for the motor of said industrial fans are over AC alone.

Like, when I tell people I have been on HRT but over 5 years but am still closeted in my day-to-day life, there is a shocking sense of disbelief, and when I explain that its because I am uncomfortable presenting when I do not pass, I am met with an extreme amount of disdain and hostility for expressing such a sentiment.

I have been called racist, sexist, a traitor, a liar, and a terrible person for expressing a desire to pass as cis or for being open about my own incredible discomfort with my male body. I have had people outright use the exact same language used by gender critical feminists and conservative reactionaries to shame me wanting surgery, or even for taking hormones. I’ve been told that its “no big deal” if kids and teens get gatekept and forced to go through the wrong puberty because “they’re still valid regardless of their appearance”, which is a fine sentiment sure, but once again completely erases and invalidates Gender Dysphoria. This has happened repeatedly over the past couple years at support groups, online communities, and even with therapists who professed to be trans friendly.

Maybe because medically/physically transition wasn’t possible 100 years ago.

What, is some fucking person 100 years ago going to find estrogen and shoot it up or take it in pill form?

Back then they’d be seen as gay and just cross dress/do drag. Trans suicide rate would be much higher without viable transition as well.

This is ironic coming from the author who just can't help himself from integrating actual spoilers within his own stories. It's my biggest pet peeve with Stephen King's writing, honestly. He just loves starting chapters with stuff like "And then he woke up for the last time in his life," which lessens the impact of coming events enormously. You can't look away from spoilers like that.

I LOLed a few times but yeah it wasn't earth shattering.  At least he seemed more into it, rather than his past couple of specials, where he looked super high/bored.

I think the Netflix mold of comedy that is dictating a new hour every year is resulting a lot of watered-down content.  I really haven't been impressed with a comedy special for a while.

Last year, Peter Coffin, a bearded, male-presenting feminist, came out publicly as nonbinary because “I am physically happy with myself but severely dislike my place in the gender dynamic.” In fact, Coffin wrote, “it just felt like the dynamic didn’t apply to me.” Ignoring the fact that Coffin still reads as male to the world at large (and will continue to reap the accompanying benefits of such, whatever they might be), it’s not hard to see the reasoning: Men are Bad. I am Not Bad. Hence, I am Not a Man.

I think the Netflix mold of comedy that is dictating a new hour every year is resulting a lot of watered-down content.  I really haven't been impressed with a comedy special for a while.
On his podcast Joe Rogan said that most comedians use it as an advertising platform to seek out new audiences in overseas markets, sell tickets, DVD's etc. . Plus it's easy money and little effort if they already have a show planned anyway.
The logistics are sometimes a hassle though and he said there were definitely some rules in place on the format of the specials on Netflix with regards to crowd interaction and such. I think he discussed it with Bill Burr.

Dave really put some nice effort in his special. Overall it was a great hour of comedy.

I don't have data. It's from interaction with NB's and NB communities. I notice most are female born. Many come to it from some sort of feminism. Many will claim to be NB while presenting as female and looking as feminine as all possible. They're using it as some sort of political identity.

You'll see stuff like this on lgbt social media all the time:

https://www.pinknews.co.uk/2018/08/13/can-you-be-both-non-binary-and-lesbian/

Google image search non-binary and most are female born.

It's just that the most outspoken models for NB movement are male born because it's more provocative and in your face to have someone who has lots of hair in a dress wearing makeup while not giving a single fuck.
