I ordered a used Switch game via Amazon Warehouse, the item came with the right box but the wrong cartridge, so I filed for a return
(I'm not very happy, but the procedure seems pretty painless thankfully)
and described the problem as "received wrong item", technically what happened.
Do I need to somehow point out that the box and the game itself are mismatched before returning, or will they figure it out themselves?
(I wouldn't want someone to also receive the wrong item)

I worked in retail for about 10 years, most of the time as a manager.  The government hires we got (mentally challenged, disabled, etc.) were usually some of the best workers.  They didn't do as much as able-bodied/minded people, but they were hard workers, always showed up on time, had good attitudes, etc.  Someone like Excel is a pain in the ass.  If you're having to spend 30 minutes of your day as a retail manager with one specific person because of their mental state, that person really should be sent home.  That sort of attitude will spread and create discontent with the other employees.

It makes sense as a kid, when you don't have any money and back whatever your parents bought you, and need something to talk about at recess.  Then you get older and can go buy/rent/play whatever the hell you want and it shouldn't matter...yet somehow still does for so many folks.

Personally as a kid I was mostly a rabid vidiot and wanted to go play whatever my friends had- Nintendo, Sega, Atari, PC, whatever...GAMES

Sony's doing it for the same reason DC is suspending all digital comic sales while they're unable to ship physical books: not piss off retail partners. The PSP GO caused a minor shitfit back in the day with stores threatening to not carry it because they couldn't also sell games, and that system needed all the help it could get. I'm sure Sony has that in mind right now.

I'm a digital only convert but the entire world isn't ready just yet.
